Scope of this notice
This notice describes the current technical operation of the From A to Z website. It does not certify compliance with Moroccan Law 09-08 or replace the full information required for any future data collection.
Browsing and hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Serving and protecting web pages can involve technical data such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information. Hosting infrastructure may process data outside Morocco. The processing arrangements, retention periods and applicable international-transfer formalities must be confirmed by the site operator.
Contact
The online form is currently disabled. Email links open your own email application; clicking a link does not submit a form to this site. If you send an email, its contents and your address pass through the relevant email providers. Avoid sending sensitive information before secure sharing arrangements have been agreed.
Cookies and tracking
The application does not use advertising trackers, audience analytics, embedded maps or embedded videos. Its language choice is stored in the page URL, not in a cookie. Fonts and images are served from the site.
Information being completed
The full legal identity of the data controller, the contact point for exercising rights, applicable retention periods and CNDP filing details must be verified before activating online collection. No CNDP receipt or authorisation is claimed on this site.
